Tractor-Trailer Jackknifes, Crosses Median On I-695
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ) -- A tractor-trailer jackknifed and crossed the median strip on I-695 Saturday afternoon, causing major traffic delays.
The accident happened on I-695 north of exit 17 and MD 122.
The left lanes of both the inner and outer loops were closed.
All lanes eventually re-opened.
