Teen Killed In Crash On Icy Road
LA PLATA, Md. (AP) -- The Charles County Sheriff's Office says a 16-year-old girl was killed when she lost control of the car she was driving on an icy road and hit a tree.
Deputies say Katherine Kristen Murray died at the scene of the crash, which occurred Wednesday about 10:40 p.m.
Deputies say the accident happened on Olivers Shop Road.
