Serious Crash Snarls Evening Rush Hour On Beltway Near Arbutus
ARBUTUS, Md. (WJZ) -- A serious crash has snarled the evening rush hour on the west side of the Baltimore Beltway.
A car is upside down in the middle of I-695, shutting down all lanes of the Inner Loop at Wilkens Avenue near Arbutus.
All traffic is being forced to use the right shoulder to get by.
Backups are affecting southbound I-95, and on the Beltway just past 95.
