Police: Woman is a Person of Interest in Mall Theft
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Howard County police are asking for the public's assistance in identifying a woman who is believed to have stole from a jewelry store.
Police say the woman is a part of an ongoing investigation into a theft from Pandora at the Columbia Mall.
