Police Reopen Baltimore-Washington Parkway
BELTSVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Both southbound lanes of the Baltimore-Washington Parkway have reopened at Powder Mill Road in Beltsville.
U.S. Park Police say officers were investigating a carjacking that occurred near Greenbelt Road. All traffic was being diverted for a time.
An investigation continues.
