Glen Burnie Man Arrested In Connection With 2 Sexual Assaults
GLEN BURNIE, Md. (WJZ) -- Anne Arundel County police arrest a Glen Burnie man in connection with two sexual assault incidents.
Police say forensic exams link 52-year-old Steven Proctor to two violent and similar sex offenses--one on Sept. 11 and one in July of 2014.
Proctor is now charged with first-degree rape and first-degree sex offense.
He is being held without bond.
