Police: Two Men Dead After South Baltimore Shooting
BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- Two men have died and another is injured following a pair of shootings that played out across Baltimore overnight, according to police.
Patrol officers dispatched to a report of gunfire in the Curtis Bay neighborhood of South Baltimore before 4 a.m. Monday found two shooting victims, a 23-year-old man shot in the head and chest and a 22-year-old man.
Both victims were rushed to the hospital, where the 23-year-old was pronounced dead and the 22-year-old remains was listed in critical condition until he also succumbed to his injuries.
Police identified the 23-year-old as Jordan Hill, but the younger man has not been identified.
In a separate shooting reported hours earlier in West Baltimore, officers were called to a hospital after a 23-year-old man walked in with a gunshot wound to the hand, according to police.
That victim was in the 1300 block of North Carey Street before 10 p.m. Sunday when authorities say he heard two gunshots and then realized he had been shot in the hand.
