Police Investigate Fatal Crash In Gaithersburg
GAITHERSBURG, Md. (AP) -- Montgomery County Police are investigating a fatal crash overnight in Gaithersburg.
Police say a Honda Civic was driving south on Snouffer School Road just after 12 a.m. Sunday when it crossed into the northbound lanes. The car struck a 2009 Nissan.
Police say the driver of the Civic was killed in the crash. He is identified as Luis Kenyo Chambergo-Chanco, 21, of Montgomery Village.
The driver and front passenger of the Nissan were taken to a hospital, but police say their injuries are not life threatening.
