Police: Cache of Guns, Drugs Seized in Southwest Baltimore Raid
BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ) -- A 26-year-old man faces a list of weapons and drug charges after authorities say they seized a cache of firearms and heroin from a Southwest Baltimore home Thursday.
Sheldon Berry was placed under arrest when detectives raided a Normount Avenue residence and found three rifles, four handguns of varying calibers and body armor inside, according to police.
Investigators also confiscated 69 grams of what they believe to be heroin, drug paraphernalia and more than $700 in cash, police said.
Berry remains in custody at Central Booking.
