TOWSON, Md.  (WJZ)--An overturned tractor trailer on the Inner Loop of  I-695 between northbound  I-83 and Charles Street created a nightmare for drivers around lunchtime Friday.

Captain Jeff Long reports it happened Friday at around 10:30 a.m.

The tractor trailer rolled over on the exit ramp from the Inner Loop onto I-83 northbound near Towson.

It took several hours for crews to clean up the mess and upright the truck, causing major delays.
