The Baltimore Orioles say thank you to their fans in a video they shared on Twitter.

Orioles players lip sync One Republic's "Feel Again" followed by a message from Manager Buck Showalter: "On behalf of the players, the coaches and the entire Orioles organization, thank you for your support this season. We are so proud to represent the best fans in baseball. Thanks."
