CATONSVILLE, MD (WJZ)- A 41-year-old man died in a car accident on Interstate 695 near Interstate 95 in Catonsville, Baltimore County.

Terrod Raymond Roberts, of Ownings Mills, was stopped in at 2002 Honda Odyssey van without hazard lights, when a 2002 Ford truck rear ended the van.

Roberts suffered fatal injuries from the crash and was pronounced on scene around 3:00a.m. by fire personnel.

Authorities arrested the truck driver, Demar Thompson, for the suspicion of driving under the influence. Thompson ,38, had a blood-alcohol level of 0.11 .

At this time, Thompson has not been charged and was released pending consultation with the States Attorney's Office.
