Motorcyclist Killed When Bike Hit Car On 695 Exit Ramp

PARKVILLE, Md. (AP/WJZ) -- Baltimore County Police say a motorcyclist has died after his vehicle rear-ended a car on a ramp from Interstate 695.

It happened about 1 a.m. Friday in Parkville. Police say a Kawasaki motorcycle operated by Einar Enriquez Orta of White Marsh was on the exit ramp from westbound I-695 to Harford Road in Parkville.

Officers say the motorcycle ran into the rear of a car ahead of it, ejecting the operator.

Police say Orta, 36, was pronounced dead at Shock Trauma. The driver of the car was not hurt.

The accident is under investigation.
