More Assault Charges For Alleged Police Impersonator

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Authorities say a Dundalk man accused of impersonating a Baltimore County police officer and sexually assaulting two women is facing additional charges involving a third woman.

The Baltimore Sun reports that Brian Keith Cooper Jr. was arrested Friday night in connection with an incident that occurred on Aug. 1.

Cooper was charged with first-degree sex offense and second degree assault. Police say the alleged victim went to police after seeing television news coverage about Cooper's previous charges.

Cooper was previously charged with picking up two women and telling them he wouldn't arrest them in exchange for sexual favors. Police say he was carrying handcuffs and a gold badge.

Cooper, who is being held without bail, has previously said he's innocent and that police have arrested the wrong person.
