BALTIMORE (CBS) -- Swimmer Michael Phelps is the most-decorated Olympian in history.
Phelps, from Baltimore, has gone to five Olympic Games and won consecutively.
Phelps joined CBS This Morning to discuss his water conservation initiatives, fatherhood and how he learned to manage depression.
