Md. Woman Accused Of Municipal Fund Theft Arrested
PRINCESS ANNE, Md. (AP) -- Princess Anne police say a former youth center director who allegedly stole town money has been arrested in Tennessee.
Police say Latashia Bailey was arrested Monday in Memphis. She waived extradition and authorities are working to get her back to Maryland.
Bailey had been director of the Targeted Outreach after school program for disadvantaged children. She is wanted on several counts of theft. The amount allegedly stolen is more than $15,000.
