Md. Man Sentenced To 6 Years For Rape
SALISBURY, Md. (AP) -- A Salisbury man has been sentenced to six years in prison for raping a 13-year-old girl.
The Daily Times of Salisbury reports Duckenson Florestal, 22, was sentenced Tuesday in Wicomico County Circuit Court after pleading to second-degree rape.
According to a statement of facts, on June 10, Florestal offered the victim a ride. Prosecutors say Florestal drove the girl to the entrance of a playground and raped her.
