Md. Children Hospitalized Following D.C. Field Trip
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- More than a dozen children were hospitalized for heat exhaustion following a field trip Friday.
Fourteen kids were transported to area hospitals for mild to moderate heat exhaustion and dehydration.
Emergency responders say a charter bus pulled over in Anne Arundel County on northbound I-97 at Crownsville Road Friday night.
The bus was taking children home from a day-long trip to D.C.
