Man Who Lives Near Daycare Arrested On Child Porn Charges
COLUMBIA, Md. (AP) -- Maryland State Police have arrested a man who lives in the same building as a daycare center on child pornography charges.
Authorities discovered several photos and videos depicting child pornography in the residence of 28-year-old Joseph Joe Garza, who faces charges of possessing and distributing child pornography and sexual abuse of a minor.
Police say the man admitted to police that he'd had sexual contact with minors.
Authorities believe Garza lives in the same building as a registered daycare center.
