Police say Keith Davis Jr. shot and killed 23-year-old security guard Kevin Jones early the morning of June 7. Jones was walking to Pimlico Race Course for work.

Five hours later in Park Heights, police say Davis led officers on a chase into an auto garage. He had attempted to rob an unlicensed cab driver.
