Man Found Shot Outside House During Fire Investigation
MIDDLETOWN, Md. (WJZ) -- The Frederick County Fire Investigation Task Force is looking into a house fire and shooting in Middletown.
Authorities were called to the 8800-block of Pete Wiles Road shortly after 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Upon arrival, an adult male with a gunshot wound was found outside the residence and the two-story brick home was engulfed in flames.
The victim was taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore for treatment.
