Man Driving Without License Plate Arrested; Police Recover Loaded Gun
BALTIMORE (WJZ)-- Baltimore Police say they recovered a loaded gun after pulling over man driving without a license plate.
It happened around 7:00 p.m. Friday in the 500 block of E. 28th Street.
During the traffic stop, police say 24-year-old Hikam McNeil was in possession of a loaded gun and was also driving with a suspended driver's license.
McNeil was arrested transported to the Central Booking and Intake Facility.
