Man Accused Of Carjacking Vehicle With Little Girl Inside
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- Baltimore City police arrest a man they say carjacked a vehicle with a little girl still inside.
Police say 28-year-old Charles Johnson is one of the suspects who stole a woman's car Sunday night.
It happened in the 400-block of South Conkling Street.
A short time after searching for the car, police say the four-year-old girl inside was found on the street unharmed.
Detectives are still searching for a second suspect.
