Lothian Jail Officer Sentenced For Smuggling Contraband
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A former detention center officer who pleaded guilty to smuggling cigarettes and cellphones into a county jail has received a yearlong sentence.
Twenty-seven-year-old Catherine Windsor of Lothian was sentenced yesterday in Anne Arundel Circuit Court. Windsor was a detention officer at the Jennifer Road Detention Center in Annapolis.
