Child among 2 shot, prompting large police presence in West Baltimore
Two people were shot, including a child, prompting a large police response in West Baltimore on Wednesday evening.
Officers were called around 8 p.m. to the area of Pennsylvania Avenue and Dolphin Street near the city's Upton neighborhood.
There is no word on the condition of the adult or child.
Police said that multiple streets in the area are closed, and buses have been rerouted.
