Howard County Peeping Tom Sentenced To 11 Years In Prison
ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (WJZ)--A peeping Tom has been found guilty in Howard County Circuit Court in Ellicott City.
Michael McKenney entered a guilty plea Tuesday morning.
The judge sentenced him to 30 years with all but 11 years suspended.
He will have 5 years probation.
He also has to consent to a search of his computer by parole and probation once he is out.
He was found guilty of three counts of third-degree burglary, one count of placement of a camera in a private residence for surreptitious surveillance and one count of prurient intent conducting visual surveillance of another person in a private place without the consent of that person.
