Girl killed after falling off bicycle, getting hit by dump truck in Howard County
A girl died after she fell off her bicycle and was struck by a dump truck on Tuesday in Howard County.
Police said the juvenile was riding her bike around 1:55 p.m. in the 2000 block of Daniels Road when she fell off in the path of the dump truck.
The girl died at the scene. The driver of the dump truck was not hurt and remained at the scene.
Dennis Road was shut down, as the investigation continues.
