LUTHERVILLE, MD. (WJZ) -- While they couldn't throw a party because of COVID-19, volunteer firefighters made sure a woman with Down Syndrome could celebrate her favorite day of the year.
Friends, family and even Lutherville Volunteer Firefighters met to wish Kate a happy birthday on Sunday.
She's 42 years young and was very grateful for all the support.
