Father And Son Arrested In Howard Co. Paving Scam
HOWARD COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—A father and son were arrested after police say they ran a paving scam in Howard County.
Police say 48-year-old Paul Frank and 19-year-old Spanky Frank painted driveways they were paid to re-seal with a mixture of black paint and gasoline.
They also charged higher than agreed too prices, police said.
Police are looking for a third man who is related to the suspects.
