Tractor Trailer Overturns On Bay Bridge Causing Delays Wednesday Evening
MARYLAND (WJZ) -- A tractor trailer crash on the Bay Bridge caused major delays on Wednesday evening.
Officials say the rig overturned in the eastbound lanes just before 7: 30 a.m. Part of it was hanging over the side of the bridge.
The driver made it out safely.
The crash blocked both lanes as crews worked to clean up the mess.
Shortly after the crash, transportation officials issued a wind warning for the Bay Bridge. It lasted about half an hour.
