BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A fatal accident involving a cyclist is under investigation in West Baltimore.
City police say the victim was hit and killed by a car near Edmondson Avenue and N. Gilmor.
WJZ has learned the vehicle did remain at the scene.
The cyclist''s identity has not yet been released.
