Carlos Munoz: Missing 13-Year-Old
BALTIMORE, Md. (WJZ)-- Baltimore City Police need help locating 13-year-old Carlos Munoz, who was last seen Tuesday.
Officers say Munoz was last seen walking away from a family members home in the 100 block of Jeffrey Street.
Munoz is 5-feet 3-inches tall and weighs about 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black long sleeve shirt, black basketball shorts and gray Nike sneakers.
