Body Found In Annapolis Identified; Suspect Charged
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- A body was found in Annapolis Tuesday afternoon.
The body was found in a wooded area near Industrial Drive. She was later identified as Holly Carol Smith.
Christopher Scheibe has been arrested and charged with her murder.
