Westbound Side Of Bay Bridge Back Open After Overturned Tractor-Trailer
ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WJZ) -- The westbound portion of the Bay Bridge is back open after it was closed for several hours because of an overturned tractor-trailer.
Chopper 13 was over the scene as traffic was at a standstill before the tollgate on route 50.
