Bank Robbery Leads To Bomb Scare In Pikesville
PIKESVILLE, Md. (WJZ) -- A bank robbery leads to a bomb scare in Pikesville.
The bomb squad was called to the scene after a man held up the Bank of America on Smith Avenue and claimed he had a bomb.
While he was running away, he dumped something in a nearby neighborhood.
It turns out it was a fake explosive device.
The man is in custody.
