Baltimore Traffic: I-83 North Reopened At President Street After Flooding Leads To Closure
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- The entrance to the northbound JFK or I-83 reopened Friday morning after flooding closed it at President and Gay streets.
Traffic was being detoured onto the Fallsway to Madison Street.
