1-Year-Old Boy Dies After Being Hit By Car Fleeing Police
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A one-year-old baby boy dies after being hit by a car in Northeast Baltimore.

Police say the car was fleeing police. The chase had started in Baltimore County and ended in the 5300 block of Moravia Road in Northeast Baltimore.
Investigators say that's where the Mercedes hit another vehicle, sending a Volvo into the baby on the sidewalk.
The infant was being pushed by his mother in a stroller at the time.

The one-year-old was taken to an area hospital, where he died from his injuries.
It's not clear why exactly the Mercedes was fleeing police.
