Baltimore Man Sentenced For Assault In Shootings
WESTMINSTER, Md. (AP) -- A Baltimore man has been sentenced to 27 years in prison for his role in shootings last year in a Westminster apartment complex.
Kashon Harris, 29, had been convicted in September on first-degree assault and other offenses. He was sentenced Wednesday.
Prosecutors say Harris and two other men argued with Kenneth Spaulding and Corey Williams on Feb. 2 over a missing cell phone.
Prosecutors say Harris got a handgun from an apartment, fired a shot at Spaulding in a stairwell and fired two shots into the door of an apartment Spaulding and Williams had entered.
