Baltimore Man Arrested For Rape
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- A Baltimore man has been arrested for rape.
According to police, Todd Graves raped a 14-year-old girl, a family friend. Police say Graves told the victim's guardian that he would take her to the store. Once the girl was in his car, he drove to his home and raped her.
He's been charged with first degree rape, first and second degree assault, first degree sex offense and kidnapping a child under 16.
He is at Central Booking, awaiting a bail hearing.
