Man killed, 2 others injured in separate Baltimore County weekend shootings

A man died after a shooting on Sunday morning in Towson, Baltimore County police said.

Officers responded to the shooting around 11:10 a.m. in the 8700 block of Mylander Lane, where a man was found suffering from gunshot wounds. He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The victim has been identified as 21 year-old Tavaughn Hamlet Jr.

Sunday morning shooting in Catonsville

Baltimore County police said a 38-year-old man was taken to a hospital in stable condition after he was shot multiple times on Sunday morning in Catonsville.

Officers responded around 1:45 a.m. to the 1100 block of Ingleside Avenue for the reported shooting. 

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-887-4636 (INFO) or the Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-756-2587 (7LOCKUP). Those reporting tips could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000. 

Saturday shooting in Gwynn Oak

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Baltimore County officers responded to King James Circle in Gwynn Oak, where a 46-year-old man was found with an apparant gunshot wound.

He was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Anyone with information is asked to call police at 410-887-4636 (INFO) or the Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-756-2587 (7LOCKUP). Those reporting tips could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
