Baltimore County Police Arrest, Charge Man In Edgemere Shooting
EDGEMERE, Md. (WJZ) -- A man has been charged with a shooting in the 7500 block of Sparrows Point Boulevard in Edgemere.
Baltimore County police responded to the scene Tuesday night. When they arrived, they found Kevin Allen Himes shot in the chest.
Himes told police he was shot by Leo Moser before he was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Moser was found nearby and taken into custody. When he was arrested, he was in possession of a .40 caliber handgun.
He is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
Moser has been charged with first-degree assault.
Himes' condition is currently unknown.
The incident remains under investigation.
