Baltimore Co. Police Searching For Missing 16-year-old

BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—Police in Baltimore County are seeking the public's help in locating a missing juvenile.

16-year-old William Rainey was last seen on August 11, around 7:55 p.m., at his home in the Unit block of Propeller Drive, in Essex. Police say he left his home after arguing with his mother.

Rainey is described at a white male, 5', 6'', 140 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Police are unsure what he might be wearing.

Detectives believe that Rainey may be in emotional crisis. He is also believed to be in the Baltimore Metro area.
