Baltimore Co. Police Investigating 8 Burglary Incidents; Suspect Sought
BALTIMORE COUNTY, Md. (WJZ)—Police in Baltimore County are investigating at least eight burglaries in the Baltimore Highlands and Lansdowne areas and believe one suspect may be responsible.
Most of the locations burglarized are in the Highland Village Apartments complex, police said.
Investigators say each time the suspect gains entry to the home by cutting a window screen and forcing a window.
The suspect is described as an African American male, approximately 18 to 25 years-of-age, 5'09" to 5'10", thin to medium build, with a short choppy hair style.

Baltimore County Police detail the burglary incidents:
November 6 to November 7: 100 block of Twin Circle Way 21227
Sometime between 11 p.m. on November 6 and 7:29 a.m. on November 7, the suspect gained entry to a home by cutting a screen and unlocking a rear door. Money was taken from the location.
November 7: 4200 block of Twin Circle Way 21227
Sometime between 1 and 8 a.m., the suspect gained entry to a home by prying open a rear window. A jar of coins was taken from the location.
November 20: 4300 block of McDowell Lane 21227
At approximately 4:30 a.m., a resident of a home heard a noise from downstairs. When she went downstairs, she observed the suspect leaving through the front door. She then discovered that a purse was missing. The investigation indicated that the suspect got into the home through a front window.
November 20: 4200 block of Twin Circle Way 21227 (Attempt)
At 4 a.m., the suspect attempted to gain access to a home by forcing a front window but was not successful.
November 22: 100 block of Twin Circle Way 21227 (Attempt)
At 3:53 a.m., the suspect attempted to gain access to a home by prying a front window but was not successful.
December 7: 4200 block of Twin Circle Way 21227
At 2:52 a.m., the suspect gained entry to a home by forcing open a front window. When the suspect was confronted by a resident, he struck the resident on the head with a flashlight and ran off. A pair of pants containing key and money was taken from the location.
January 2 to January 3, 2016: 4200 block of McDowell Lane 21227
Sometime between 11:30 p.m. on January 2 and 5:30 a.m. on January 3, a suspect gained entry to a home by cutting a rear window screen. The suspect took money and a purse from a room that two people had been sleeping in.
January 8: 600 Block of Fifth Avenue 21227
A 3 a.m., a resident of a home woke up to see the suspect looking in her bedroom door. The suspect then ran from the home, taking a purse.
