Attorneys Ask For Documentation In Gynecologist Recording Case
BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- About 2,000 women who claim a Maryland gynecologist secretly recorded them during their examinations must provide documentation.
Dr. Nikita Levy was a Maryland gynecologist at a Johns Hopkins-affiliated clinic.
Levy killed himself in 2013 after those allegations emerged.
The documentation needed will help the women to receive part of a $190 million settlement.
Attorneys handling the case sent letters of a fifth of the women victimized, saying there is no documentation that they were his patients.
