BALTIMORE (WJZ) -- An activist who protested outside of Courthouse East following the hung jury announcement in the case of Officer William Porter appears in court.

Kwame Rose was found guilty of disobeying lawful order, but a judge acquitted him on three other counts of disturbing peace and impeding traffic.
