Steve asked if Kubiak was a front runner or THE front runner. Aaron said yes he is THE front runner and there are a lot of moving parts still to come but he is the Ravens favorite. Aaron said Kubiak is a proven play caller who has been there and done that.
Aaron believes the Ravens are gonna try to assemble a star coaching staff featuring Kubiak, Kyle Shanahan, and Rick Dennison.
