Child dies from drowning at Loch Raven Reservoir
BALTIMORE -- A 9-year-old drowned at Loch Raven Reservoir, according to Baltimore County Police.
Police responded to the reservoir around 5 p.m. to assist with a water rescue. The child, who had been submerged in the water, was located by Fire Department personnel.
The child was then taken to a local hospital, and pronounced dead.
