UPDATE: 7-Year-Old Boy Missing From Windsor Mill Area Found Safe

WIINDSOR MILL, Md. (WJZ)--The Baltimore County Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a child missing from the Windsor Mill area.

Xavier Allen resides in the unit block of Pine Run Court 21133. He is a 7-old black male, 3'05", 60 pounds with a small mohawk. He should be wearing a glow-in-the dark skeleton costume with an orange hoodie underneath, blue jeans and green shoes.

Xavier was last seen at 2:45 p.m. Friday at Winfield Elementary School in the 8300-block of Carlson Lane. He was with his father's cousin, Jeral Demby. Demby told Xavier's father that he was going to Lexington Market, and then to take Xavier out for the day. Demby never returned Xavier Allen and is not answering his phone.

Demby is a 38-year-old black male, bald, and wearing a gray hoodie. It is unknown where he currently resides.
