3 Officers Charged In Freddie Gray Case Want Reckless Endangerment Charges Dismissed
BALTIMORE (WJZ)--Three of the six officers charged in the death of Freddie Gray want their reckless endangerment charges dismissed.
They say failing to seat belt a prisoner is not a crime and does not show disregard human life.
Attorneys for Lieutenant brain rice and officers Garrett, Miller and Edward Nero requested a hearing on the motions.
The three also face charges of second-degree assault and misconduct.
