FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- Frederick police say three men robbed a jewelry store at gunpoint and doused employees with pepper spray.

It happened about 1:35 p.m. Tuesday at Colonial Jewelers downtown. Police say three men, at least one of whom was armed with a handgun, entered the store.

Store surveillance video police posted shows at least one man smashing a display case with an object, and reaching in and taking merchandise. The video also shows another suspect spraying something.

Police told The News-Post of Frederick that the three men fled in a pickup truck.
